Returns & Warranty

You are covered three ways: a 14-day right to change your mind, a 30-day right to reject anything faulty, and a 12-month warranty on the mechanism and electronics.

1. Changed your mind — 14 days

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You do not have to give us a reason.

Tell us within those 14 days, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. The helmet must come back in its original packaging and in the condition you received it. We will refund the full purchase price, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving it back.

Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. We will give you the return address and guidance on how to send it safely.

2. Something is wrong with it — 30 days

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your helmet is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you have 30 days from delivery to reject it for a full refund.

Photograph the problem and email us. We do not require you to return a damaged item before we act — in most cases photographs are enough. We pay return postage on anything faulty.

3. Warranty — 12 months

We warrant the servos, the voice module, the LED eye arrays, the remote control and the rechargeable cell for 12 months from delivery against failure in normal use.

If something stops working in that period we will repair it, replace the part, or replace the helmet — our choice, but always at no cost to you including postage both ways.

The warranty does not cover: accidental damage, drops, water damage, paint scuffs from normal wear, damage from attempting to open or modify the shell, or a cell that has degraded from being stored fully discharged for months.

This warranty is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them. Beyond six months, if a fault appears we may ask you to show it was present from the start — in practice we rarely do.

How to start a return or claim

  1. Email us with your order number and, if it is a fault, photographs or a short video
  2. We reply within one working day with a decision and a return address if one is needed
  3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item or approving the claim

What we will not do

We will not tell you a fault is your fault to avoid a refund, and we will not make you fight for a resolution you are legally entitled to. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
