30-Day Money-Back Guarantee You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

12-Month Warranty All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including motor, servo, and LED faults. This does not cover physical damage, water damage, or battery-related issues.

How to Request a Return Contact us at support@arcforgehelmets.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos at support@arcforgehelmets.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
