Free UK Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value required.

Delivery Times All orders are carefully inspected and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Due to the premium nature of our products, each order undergoes quality checks before dispatch. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at support@arcforgehelmets.com and we will investigate immediately. We offer a full refund for any order not delivered within 30 days.

Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
