About Us

We got tired of prop helmets that were only props.

ARCFORGE started with a returned helmet on a workbench. It looked right in photographs and fell apart in the hand — a hinge held shut by a magnet, an LED wired to a coin cell, a shell too small for an adult skull. Someone had paid real money for a photograph.

So we went the other way. Servos instead of magnets. A rechargeable cell instead of a battery you prise out with a screwdriver. A shell sized for a person rather than a shop display. Then we did the hard part and made it listen — because the moment that matters is not the helmet sitting on a shelf, it is the faceplate closing on command with everyone in the room watching.

What we actually stand behind

  • If it cannot be worn, it does not ship. Every helmet in the range is sized for an adult head with a padded interior
  • Every mechanism is tested before dispatch. That is why we say 14 days rather than next-day
  • We tell you the delivery time honestly. Three to four weeks, stated up front, rather than a promise we cannot keep
  • We carry the risk, not you. Lost, damaged, or undelivered — that is ours to absorb

Where we are

ARCFORGE is a registered business in the United Kingdom, shipping worldwide. Our full company registration details are published in the footer of every page on this site, as required by law. We think you should be able to see exactly who you are buying from before you spend a few hundred pounds — and if a store makes that hard to find, that tells you something.

Talking to a person

Email reaches someone who can actually make a decision, and we answer within one working day. There is no ticket queue and no script. If something has gone wrong with your order, say so plainly and we will sort it.

ARCFORGE builds independent collector helmets inspired by powered-armour designs. We are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any film studio or rights holder.
