Every order ships free, worldwide, fully tracked. No minimum spend and no surprise charges at checkout.
Dispatch time
Each helmet is finished and its mechanism tested before it leaves us, so orders are dispatched within 14 days of your order being placed. This is not a stock-off-a-shelf product and we would rather test it than rush it.

Total time from order to doorstep is therefore usually three to four weeks. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise you two days and disappoint you.
Ordering for a specific date? A birthday, a convention, Christmas — order at least four weeks ahead and you will be comfortable. If you are closer than that, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will land in time.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking updates can take 3–5 days to begin showing movement after the number is issued; this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Customs and import duty
UK orders include VAT and there is nothing further to pay.
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or local sales tax charged by your own country's customs authority. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and are the customer's responsibility. We cannot calculate or pre-pay them, and we cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value — doing so is illegal.
If your parcel does not arrive
You are covered. If your order has not been delivered within 40 days of dispatch, contact us and we will refund you in full. If the carrier loses your parcel, that is our loss to absorb, not yours.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped to a confirmed address we cannot reroute it.
